Every plan includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. You will get full access to the features of the plan you choose during the trial period.
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or change the number of seats at any time from your billing settings. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated.
You only pay for the number of team members who need access to the platform. You can add or remove seats at any time. The price shown is calculated based on the number of seats you select.
Our self-serve plans support up to 40 seats. If you need more, or require custom security, SLAs, or dedicated support, please contact our sales team for an Enterprise plan.
Annual billing gives you a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. You are billed once per year instead of every month. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time.
AI credits are used for AI Agents, auto-resolutions, summarization, and other AI-powered features. Starter does not include AI credits. Growth includes 1,500 credits per month and Pro includes 5,000 credits per month. Unused credits do not roll over.
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.
Yes. For larger teams that need advanced security, custom integrations, dedicated success managers, or higher AI limits, we offer custom Enterprise plans. Talk to sales to get started.
